I am out of network with insurance companies due to the constraints and restrictions they places on therapy treatment.
I can provide you with a super bill necessary to file for out-of-network benefits. If we are meeting online, I do recommend you check with your insurance ahead of time to make sure they cover Telehealth sessions. If I am not paneled with your insurance, see sliding scale therapy session rates.
